On Friday, October 9, 2009 at MJ Lords Wine Cellars in Sebastopol, winemaker Paul Clary and assistant winemaker Jared Souza pitched the yeast into 6 barrels of Carneros Chardonnay grape juice from Paul Larson’s Gun Barrel Vineyards that was picked and pressed on Tuesday, October 6, 2009.
